Consume 25 ml (1 monodose = 25ml) before and
during workout for an energizing effect. Do not consume more than two
monodoses per day! For optimum results consume the product continuously
for at least 8 weeks, followed by a 2-3 week break. Notes: Due to beta
alanine content it may cause tingling sensation and redness of the skin.
This is a perfectly normal, harmless reaction. The intensity of the
sensation will decrease or disappear with the continuous use of the
product.
